Has anyone created a base to track applicant diversity or created a base for OFCCP auditing? If not, any suggestions for modifying an existing base? I’m looking to track the applicant diversity mix for various jobs, the diversity mix of those we hire, then layer that against our overall employee diversity percentages. This would be a year-by-year comparison, so I’m thinking will need to involve several tables.
