I am trying to create a reasonably simple base that stores HR statistics such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly numbers and trends. For example, I would like to store the number of employees by location, office, DOL status, etc., and then formulate the change in numbers each month, quarter, and year. What is the best way to set this up? I tried a base where I added two years of data in one table, but I couldn't manipulate the data to get the statistics I wanted. Any suggestions are appreciated! I looked through Airtable's templates but couldn't find what I wanted.
