Script - multiple select update error

Hello all,

I have added a ‘multiple select’ field to my base but, for some weird reason, cannot either view, edit, or add/delete any of the list of options that I have previously entered into this field.

Instead, all I now see is a very limited view of the ‘multiple select’ field per the below:

Would be grateful for any help to rectify this.
