Looking for a way to use Conditions to view something like this: Where Lookup Field  matches Linked Field 

I want to show all the date/times from a lookup field that corolate with the same employee who completed a form. Hopefully, the screenshot below helps explain it better?

Hi. I haven't really played with them, but maybe the Rollup (field) function might work for you? As I'm assuming that you can't use the option that you're showing in your screenshot, because if you add a name to it, then that condition applies to every record?!
