Looking for a way to extract User average weekly utillization and lifetime utilization.

Hey I have the utilization setup, I am able to see daily utilization of each user in the timeline view as shown in the image below. How can I get more out of these daily utilization percentages ? Things I would like to get 

1. User Average weekly utilization for the current week 
2. User average utilization from a specific date to current date
3. Average of utilization of all the users
