Hello, I'm using Airtable to project manage a fabrication project where multiple units will be built throughout the year. One scenario I would like to track is when there is a single task that needs to be done for each unit, but only when that unit is ready. For example, the task "schedule logo wrap" needs to be done for each unit, but only when that unit is ready for it. What I would like to be able to visualize is how many units have been completed, and how many are left - maybe display a percentage or some other visual indicator. I'm not sure if I should just duplicate the same task for each unit, or I can role all units up under one single task.
My current setup is:
Unit Table - Lists each unit number
