Get the information that triggered a "When record Created/Updated" in the scripting app

Hello everyone!

I don’t know if I’m missing something, but I would like to know how to get the information of the record that spawned a “When record created/updated” so far for the created I have to retrieve the information by quering the table and getting the latest input(Sorting the table). However it seems to me like inside if the script of the trigger there should be somewhere with out having to do this.

Im starting to use this tool so any help would be appreciated!
