May I ask is it possible to make airtable connect to Navision via API?

Also is it possible for Airtable thru API to tabulate forms in Navision simulataneously?

Airtable can communicate with any API through Javascript scripting (either through the scripting extension or through Airtable's Automations), through the DataFetcher extension, or through Make's HTTP module.
