Hey EDUsers!
I wanted to let you all know that we've launched a new tax-exemption process here at Airtable, which will hopefully be much easier with less email back and forth with Airtable support.
At any point, you can upload and maintain your tax-exemption status here.
Your main points of contact at Airtable will help ensure this is uploaded for any new contracting effort, but if your one of our many users that have experience some pain in the past with this - please know we're making some corrections!
Thanks all,
Matt

My procurement process needs further information to add Airtable as an approved vendor. Do you have a process to request assistance with that too?
Also, I would need an office Invoice (on letterhead). Do you offer that?

@deepgeotech Answering publically to provide as much information as possible, but happy to take this offline to explore your specific needs further.
If you are a 'Team' user - my recommendation is to contact support@airtable.com, they can provide you with our W9, Tax information, etc. For Teams users, the subscription is processed via credit card and thus 'quote' or 'invoice' is provided on the payment screen page. As a reminder, all Teams plans are governed by our general Online Terms of Service.
What we've found is the most institutions that are going through proper procurement protocols will need a formal quote, processed by purchase order, etc. This will require our Business or Enterprise Scale tiers of plan (discounts provided for EDU/NFP clients). Here, you can work with an Account Executive to submit required paperwork to the vendor portal, and your agreement will also be governed by our online MSA and Education Rider (if applicable).
You can always use our 'contact sales' form to get routed to the appropriate person on the Airtable sales team.
