Converting text to number & formatting

Dear All,

I’m trying to build an app to generate the YouTube timeline text that should show the running time of a segment based on the episode start time.

I was able to manage everything, but the time, that should be presented as 0:05 is being presented as 5.

Is there any way to concatenate a time field on a text field with all numbers?
