Fill in date cells empty in month

Colleagues top up holidays and travel expenses in Airtable. We would like to account for the empty dates 13 three random days in a given month. Is there any way to automate this?

It might help if you explain what you mean by 'account for'. What sort of action in airtable are you trying to automate? e.g. fill a cell? or create a new record?
