Using Concatenate formula with Link to Another Record

Is there a way to utilize a concatenate formula + Link to Another Record to have a lookup work automatically?

I currently have to copy/paste the concatenate result from the formula into the Link to Another Record to get the result via lookup.

There currently is not a way to do it completely automatically.

With the new scripting block, it is possible to write JavaScript code that will do the linking for you, reducing the possibility of copy/paste errors. However you still need to manually push the ‘run’ button for the script.

Because the Scripting Block was recently released, it is available at all subscription levels (Free, Plus, and Pro) for a limited time. Eventually it will be limited to Pro subscribers.
