Can anyone help? Data vanished/deleted...?

Last night I deleted an entire database with 200 people, their videos etc I THOUGHT I had only deleted them in grid view 2 and so grid view 1 would still be the same.... but grid 1 is no longer there... I am in such a state, I am explaining it so bad...
