Airtable is thrilled to have you as a member of the community. Welcome! This is a safe place where all our members are encouraged to come together, share ideas, ask questions, and be inspired. We want to foster an environment that is respectful and inclusive, so we ask that you abide by our guidelines. Peer-to-peer learning is at the core of what we do, and we hope that more often than not you are able to get your questions answered here. Please keep in mind that Airtable staff who participate in the community do not have access to your account or support ticket details, and all account-specific questions should be directed to official Airtable Support. Additionally, if anything about the issue you’re experiencing is private or sensitive in nature, please log a support ticket instead. Remember that community member answers are invaluable, but do not officially represent Airtable’s point of view.
Be respectful
Please treat this discussion forum with respect. This is a community resource provided by Airtable for Airtable users to share skills, knowledge and interests through ongoing conversation.
Keep it constructive
Help us make this a great place for discussion by always working to improve the discussion in some way, however small. If you are not sure your post adds to the conversation, think over what you want to say and try again later.
Posts with specific action items are much more likely to get read and get responses.
You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it. That’s fine. But, remember to criticize ideas, not people. Rather than resorting to name-calling, tone policing, or ad hominem attacks, provide reasoned counter-arguments that improve the conversation. Discussions and posts created with the intention to create a strong negative or emotional reaction are prohibited.
And whether it’s related to products or people, please remember to always keep things positive!
Stay on topic
This is a forum about Airtable, owned and operated by Airtable—so naturally, we want people to talk about Airtable! Please do not discuss other products (unless you’re specifically discussing other products’ integrations with Airtable).
Keep it tidy
Make the effort to put things in the right place, so that we can spend more time discussing and less cleaning up. The most important rule here is to search before you post. Someone may have already answered your question!

Look out for each other - if you see a problem, flag it
Moderators have special authority; they are responsible for this forum. But so are you. With your help, moderators can be community facilitators, not just janitors or police.
When you see bad behavior, don’t reply. It encourages bad behavior by acknowledging it, consumes your energy, and wastes everyone’s time. Just flag it. If enough flags accrue, action will be taken, either automatically or by moderator intervention.
In order to maintain our community, moderators reserve the right to remove any content and any user account for any reason at any time. Moderators do not preview new posts in any way; the moderators and site operators take no responsibility for any content posted by the community.
Don't break the law
Please don’t post anything that could violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
More specifically, you may not post anything digital that belongs to someone else without permission. You may not post descriptions of, links to, or methods for stealing someone’s intellectual property (software, video, audio, images), or for breaking any other law.
No solicitation of products or services
The best sales pitch is no sales pitch. Please do not discuss other products (unless you’re specifically discussing other products’ integrations with Airtable) or solicit your products or services in Airtable community spaces.
Powered by you
This site is operated by your friendly local staff and you, the community. You may also see users with “Airtable” after their username. These are Airtable employees. They’ll also have a badge that says “Airtable Employee” when you view their user profile.
All posts and comments are monitored. Moderators have the right to remove any topics or posts and to block users who violate our guidelines. If you are having an urgent issue with an Airtable base or would like to contact the Airtable team, please click here to find out how get in touch with us.
Terms of service
Yes, legalese is boring, but we must protect ourselves – and by extension, you and your data – against unfriendly folks. We have a Terms of Service describing your (and our) behavior and rights related to content, privacy, and laws. To use this service, you must agree to abide by our TOS.
Hello Airtable community
We have a need to collect data in remote areas with no internet and need an offline forms solution that easily integrates with Airtable once we have internet access.
Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated and if you already do this type of integration I would love to connect and discuss.
Thanks
