The Airtable Community’s search feature enables members to find all relevant content and resources you may be interested in across multiple databases. A single search query will share results within the community, our help site, and developer docs.
If you run the same multi-criteria query frequently, we recommend saving it as a bookmark for quick access to the desired information.
Below is an illustrative example of how to run a search query for unanswered/unsolved threads in the community and then how to save that search as a bookmark.
The easiest way to find unanswered/unsolved threads in Search is by running an empty search and following the below 5 steps:
*With this search criteria you will find unanswered posts as well as posts that have responses, but these posts do not have an accepted solution.
After executing a search, you can save it as a Bookmark by selecting Save Bookmark.
*Tip: You can distinguish which posts you've reviewed by the color of the post title (Purple means you've read the post).
Name the search criteria and it will now be available for you to revisit at any time by selecting Show Bookmark within the search results page.
Or by Clicking on your Profile Photo > My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications > My Bookmarks.
If this post was helpful and you’ve created a Bookmark, share the search criteria that is most helpful for you in the comments below.
This isn't working for me. There are posts that I have viewed and even replied to that do not show up as read. Could viewing/replying on a different device have an impact?
Also, I cannot figure out how to tell if a post has new unread replies, where I've read the original post, but there are new replies since I last visited (from any device).
Hi @kuovonne, thanks for your comment, would love to understand more of what you are experiencing, would you be able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing when you are running a search that includes posts you've viewed and not viewed?
Thank you for flagging this issue. We are working to change the formatting of "in thread replies" so our members can easily view new replies in a post. We are currently working with our internal teams to resolve this in the next coming weeks.

@ChrisShernaman @Thanks for the reply. I cannot do a screen shot because I am away from a computer now. In you post you stated that “read” posts would appear in purple. However there was one topic that I had read and replied to on a different device and it did not show up in purple. It still showed up—but I could not tell from the user interface that I was already up to date on that thread. From the search results, it looked like an unread post.
