Adjust field length in an itnerace?

I have some items pulling into an interface.  I have 3 three fields.  Priority , User, and a description.  Is there a way to increase size of the user field to show full name versus truncating? I have hidden name but you can see that top one truncated and if there are two leads you only see the first one unless to expand to see all details?

Yes, but instead of showing your linked record field as a "grid", you would need to show the linked record field as a "list", which allows you to change the width of the different columns.
