I am allowing users to add projects via record templates by clicking an add project button in my interface.
The challenge is that while much of the information they need to create is already handled by the template (i.e. tasks, predecessors, etc.). I do need them to create a project name, assign a project manager, etc. When I select the template a form opens to collect this information.
So when I select Broadband (New or Upgrade) I get this form which has all the information I need to collect.
But when I select the Disconnect Any Services template I get a completely different form.
Some of the templates appear to reuse the same form (monthly invoice review, monthly strategy, etc.)
How do I control what form is opened when I select a template? I would like to reuse the first form from this post for all my templates but I can't see any way to set the form used by the template. The add project button is configured to use that form but some templates seem to ignore that and use another form.
Do I need to create a form for each template?

Hmm, we're able to select the Form and the Record Template like so if that helps? Sorry, not really following what the issue is!

Yes I can set that as well.
Not sure if you are just using 1 template but I have 8. The issue is when a user selects add project and then selects a template the form that is opened isn't always the new project form. If you see my original post, you will see each template is using a different form. I am not sure why these templates aren't using the form I configured. I am not even sure how each template is deciding what form to open considering I have told the button to use the New Project Form. I just can't figure out why any template invoked from that button wouldn't use the New Project Form I have selected in the settings.

It seems to me like you have stumbled upon an extremely strange bug in Airtable.
I would report it to support@airtable.com, and I would probably create a Loom video for them so they can really understand the issue.
And please report back here with what they tell you!
