I'm working with colleagues to develop an inventory request form.

In our base, we have fields and calculations set up to adjust quantity when information is input into an "outgoing" or "incoming" sheet. It all shows in our main inventory sheet along with costs, available quantities (based on the other two sheets), and general product information.

To put it as simply as I can, we want them to be able to see a small gallery of the items (where "Quantity Available" is greater than 0) and allow them to input how many of a specific item they want.

Is this possible without any upgrades, plug ins, or integrations? If so, how can I get it to work? We want to house all information in Airtable as a hub.

Any help is appreciated!!

Try creating a formula field with a prefilled form link for "Outgoing"?  The workflow would then be:
1. User views the gallery of items and sees something they want to set as outgoing
2. They click the prefilled form link
3. Form opens up with the item they want prefilled
4. User keys in the outgoing amount and submits
5. New record appears in the "Outgoing" sheet, which will update your inventory count as needed

And you'd repeat the process for incoming stuff
