Sorting List in Mobile Interfaces

I just want to make sure I understand this properly.  

I can create a mobile interface list view, but I can only sort by one criteria. I cannot then sort by a second one. 

For example I have TV shows and I can only sort by show name or episode. Not show name and THEN episode. 

Am I missing something?

Yeah, while we can sort by multiple values when setting up the Interface, it looks like we can only sort by one thing at a time when we're actually using the interface.  Desktop doesn't let you do it either

I don't see in mobile that you can sort the interface. All I see is filter, a least when setting up a mobile interface.
