I run an agency, with the following linked activities:
- CRM - Sales funnel (receiving leads from an outside platform)
- Project quotations (getting contact, account, opportunity data from the CRM base)
- Project management (receiving won deals from the CRM and their proposals - from the Project quotation), to build a project gantt, owners, resources, and finances
- G&A finances (planning and execution)
- P&L integrating finances from Projects and G&A, on a monthly basis.
Who can set this up for me? The team at Airtable, I must say, are less than responsive.
