Seeking AirTable Ninja to help with multiple facets of organization structure.
OVERVIEW
We are actively seeking an experienced AirTable operator to help with multiple objectives. Primary focus is on cleaning up our current base while addressing/modifying records and the way in which they interact with other fields/tables.
GOALS (Phase 1)
- Organize/condense current tables in company base
- Using the page designer to create work orders/purchase orders/invoices to display information needed for payments
- Review and make suggestions with regards to how our current base is built and how the relationships are being used (i.e. recommendations on how our table could be more efficient/effective for the purposes in which we need to use it).
SPECIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is well versed in AirTable that can work remotely (and also via video sessions) that can quickly understand after an initial video chat what we are needing and how you can best help us get there.
MILESTONES
Phase 1:
Establish primary goals (above), how these goals will be reached, and the timeline in which they will be complete.
Phase 2:
Review accomplished goals from phase one. Once we are in agreement that we have the desired results, we will then structure another round of goals with timelines for completion. Ideally we would like to find a person that we can establish a long term working relationship with.
