Dear Community, We have received a discount for non-profit organisations. However, this discount was allocated to the wrong workspace (we don't use this workspace at all, it's even called "Archive"). The annual invoice for our main workspace was charged at the regular price. We actually applied for this discount for our current workspace. The amount of the bill is too high for our non-profit organisation. We can't afford it. I have tried to get in touch with the staff to solve this problem. Unfortunately, I can't get an answer. There is also no contact number or a direct person I can get in touch with to solve this problem. Have you had this experience? What would be your recommendation? Thank you in advance
