Help!

I have Personal Credits left (student account) but now I see I was billed! 

Why did this happen?

How do I ask for a refund? 

Clicking message support leads to a chatbot.

Please help!

In order to use your personal credits, you must first transfer them to your workspace. See this support page for more info.
