I paid for an annual plan in the Business category on November 29, 2023, in the period that covered November 2023 and November 2024 and was surprised with the downgrade of my plan to free and a charge of 500 dollars of which I am unaware of the origin. because I did the payment of a editor for my base, payed a annual plan, and the airtable team block my base asking for a 2nd paying to another editor, but I had only 1 EDITOR in my base!
The airtable team downlograde my plan to free, this situation is exposing my business to very serious exposure and causing me enormous losses.
[AND A QUESTION, HOW THE FREE PLAN CAN HAVE 5 EDITORS? YOU PAY FOR USE THE PLAN BUSINESS, AND HAVE ONLY 1 EDITOR? ITS DONT MAKE SENSE !]
