Well, the best thing about a European physical conference is that one could corner Airtable executives and explain to them what GDPR actually is and not the "don't ask, don't tell" version of it they offer. And also an opportunity to badger them to offer a Europe-based service, since I believe it's already on AWS in the US.
I think it would be fabulous to have an unofficial virtual conference for Airtable that focused on developers only. Why unofficial? Because there are brilliant independent developers building solutions on the Airtable platform and we want those techniques shared and given an equal platform.
Oh, and there needs to be a (potentially paid) one-day workshop on webhooks during such an event because my impression is that outside of Airtable's own written documentation, elsewhere online everyone is talking about the old form of webhooks that is much more limited and to be fair pretty useless.
