What kind of notification are you wanting? Are you wanting a notification inside of Airtable itself, an email, a post to a slack channel, something else?
If you are on the “Pro” subscription, you can use automations to make this happen. Set up a “new record” trigger on the table that receives your forms, and then use the “email” or the “slack notification” action to have the contents of the submitted form sent to your email or slack channel.
