I’m getting the same issue on a few of my bases too
UPDATE - Looks like it’s a reported incident: Airtable Status

Getting the same for our business too and we are on the Pro Plan as well. This is critical to our business and have not received any answers yet. Has been reported. We need answers as soon as possible.

Same here! Have also submitted a customer service ticket. Glad to hear we are not the only ones experiencing this.

Same…critical to our business. One base is listed as “Temporarily unavailable”

Same here. Only one of our bases has been locked, but it’s definitely our most important one :joy:

Same… Only one base is inaccessible and it’s our most important!

This is ridiculous. I am losing business by the second by having the base unavailable. This is unacceptable for paid subscription to AT. Also, there is no live support via phone, or chat. This is unacceptable!

Yes, having the same issue with a number of bases. Sent a support ticket. Waiting for Answers!

Exactly, our most important base to the business is not working!!!

Just found the same.

The most important Base is unavailable. On Pro Plan!

Airtable Support emailed me this back:

We’re incredibly sorry for the trouble - Airtable is currently experiencing site instability, and our engineers are actively working on the issue. We know that you rely on Airtable, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption that this downtime is causing you. It’s not the experience we want you to have.

We will be in touch as soon as we have any updates. You can also track the status of the issue and be notified of updates using our status page, as well.

Thanks so much for your patience.

Many blessings to their engineers :pray:t2:

My previously locked base seems to be back in working order :raised_hands:t2:
