This is ridiculous. I am losing business by the second by having the base unavailable. This is unacceptable for paid subscription to AT. Also, there is no live support via phone, or chat. This is unacceptable!
Airtable Support emailed me this back:
We’re incredibly sorry for the trouble - Airtable is currently experiencing site instability, and our engineers are actively working on the issue. We know that you rely on Airtable, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption that this downtime is causing you. It’s not the experience we want you to have.
We will be in touch as soon as we have any updates. You can also track the status of the issue and be notified of updates using our status page, as well.
