I changed my email recently to a more general email that multiple people had access to. Turns out, there was already another account associated with the email. I lost access to all the data that wasn’t shared with the second account. What can I do?

@Kathie_OCallaghan - I can feel your pain. I would contact support@airtable.com and I’m sure they’ll be able to help you.

No go… I got an autoresponder that Airtable won’t reply unless you’ve paid for a premium membership. Lame.

Perhaps I’m missing something, or somethings not clear. I. Follow the link in your post to a web page with two links regarding issues accessing email, one about a removed email, and one regarding no longer having access.
