Column Width for Grids in Email Digests?

When I don’t truncate fields in a grid in an Email Digest, the column widths are randomly set, often times wasting a ton of space:
Everything auto-fits if I “Truncate text,” but I still want my last column to show all the information — any way to have the auto-fit of truncated but wrap text for rich text fields?
