If I embed an airtable on my webpage, will Google index it?
Is it efficient?
If no, is there a way to do it right and get the tables to be indexed while maintaing core functionalities (such as sorting, filtering, etc.)?

Yes, if the iFrame containing your Airtable content is openly published on the interwebs and there are no index blocking rules for the page where the iFrame exists.
This is not really a question about Airtable per-se; rather it’s a general SEO question like this one.
