Enabling form redirects with record_ID not working?

Hi, I've setup a form and I'm unsure why the pretty simple directions for "Enabling form redirects with record_ID" section from https://support.airtable.com/docs/applications-of-record-functions does not function correctly. I have gotten this to work on other forms in the past, and I'm wondering if there's some obscure reason why it won't work for this one?

The redirect looks like it goes to a url with an appended newly generated rec but then it is a 404. Seems odd..

For what it's worth I just tested this and it works fine; submitted a form and it redirected me with the newly created record's ID, and here's the URL I used in the formhttps://airtable.com/appePxmTCUzF4icmB/shrzcLz4nJBaVpDGy?prefill_Table%201={record_id}
