We’re using Airtable to manage tasks assigned to specific people. Can each of those assignees export a calendar view that shows only their tasks?

Yes, you can create individual views for each person that can be in any format you’d like, including the calendar view.
You also have the ability to export that to an external ics file for embedding in another platform (Outlook, Google, etc.)
