I’ve been researching the community board for posts on exporting attachments while preserving their association to the correct column (field) and row (record). Is it correct that:
- as of December 2020, AirTable does not support this behavior directly
- however, there are third party integration tools which serve this purpose ?
If AirTable doesn’t do this directly, it seems like a very significant defect/omission in the product.
Thanks for any guidance on this topic.

Whenever you export a CSV file, you get the proper attachment URL’s properly preserved for each row in their proper fields.
If you want to bulk download the attachment files themselves, you can use this tool — which also lets you auto-rename the files based on any field of your choosing:

Awesome, I have the same issue that this can resolve. but I also need to upload the info to another table and upload the data and their corresponding files. Can I do it in bulk too?
