Form permissions changing out of the blue?

Hi all, 

I created a form for our clients to submit information and toggled the "allow people to request a copy of their responses" and I got an email the next day saying this option disappeared for them on the form. 

So I pulled up the form in my table and the option is now "unclickable" even though I haven't changed plans or made any permissions changes since creating the form.

Any ideas why it won't let me toggle this on so they can receive a copy of their responses?

No idea I'm afraid, just replying here to let you know you're not alone!  Mine's greyed out and unclickable as well on a Pro plan

I'm in the same boat...and desperately need that option back (Pro plan).
