Getting copy of form response if external user

Is it possible for people who submit to a form to get a copy if they are an external user?

Hi @Bradley_Glanzrock - I think you’d need to use something like Zapier here to send a copy of the form data to a user.

You could use the “new record in view” trigger in Zapier and then send the data via the Zapier email component. If you only want to send this to external users, I would make the Airtable view exclude records from internal users using a filter on the view.
