Hiding a record from display

How can I hide certain records from being displayed? We are using an Airtable form to collect entries but only want to display people we approve to the public gallery view that is embedded on our site. Is there an affordance to hide some records?

For now, we just had to create a duplicate form to act as an overall collection sheet, from where I am then copying approved entries to the live gallery directory. Can this be made more efficient/easier?

Welcome to the community, @Third_Eye_Collective! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: Records can be hidden in specific view using filters. In your case, you could probably add a single-select field with values like “Pending”, “Approved,” etc (whatever makes sense for your use case), and add a new view with a filter that only shows records that have a status of “Approved.”
