Just to be clear, you want someone to use the Base without them having to sign in to Airtable?
This would not be possible as they have to be added as Collaborators to your Base to be able to edit (and if the Base is in a Workspace on a paid plan they will be charged), and therefore they have to sign in to Airtable.
If what you need is for them to add records you can ise the Form view. If they need to edit a specific record you can look into the 3rd party app MiniExtensions which is very helpful in these situations.
