Is it true that to use the form mode to add records only through the Pro Plan?

Yes, you can create new records from a form in a free plan. You just cannot access the premium features of forms. Note that you do not fill out the form in the Airtable interface. You use the share url of the form to open the form in its own web browser tab and fill it out.

I tried to share it and create the link, but it still doesn’t work. It still said that I should use the “shared form to submit a response”

It looks like you are using the wrong share button. Use the “Share form” button on the same toolbar that has the name of the form.
