How do I create s drop down list for a certain field, but as users fill in the table, they should only be able to use the options I selected on the drop down list, but not be able to add new options. How do I do that?

When you create a form the single select field only allows for the person inputing information to select from the options in the drop down.  You can limit options a bit more by selecting the field and enabling "Limit selection to specific options"

Hope that helps!

You can do this by having them enter the data through a from instead of directly into the table.

Thanks! How do I do that?
