Hey there.
So, I have a base with a table of inventory of devices that includes their IP address. On that table, I already made a button column that where you click on it and it takes you to that device using the protocol best suited for it (VNC, HTTPS, SSH, etc…) based on the device’s type. (The formula was quite scary).
These devices are link to another table that lists all the rooms. What I am hoping I can do is consolidate all these buttons to the room in a way that you can simply look at the room and connect to the intended device. I tried to do this via a lookup/rollup on the rooms table, but that got hinky cause I sometimes have two of the same type of device in a room so lookups and rollups return more than one IP.
Any suggestions or thoughts? Need more info?
P.S. - I wish button labels could be generated with a formula too.
