No automated snapshots

Hi

I have a database that is not showing any automated snaphots on the snapshot menu. It only displays Manual Snapshots.

Why is this? I’m concerned that I may lose data.

The docs for snapshots says (with emphasis added by me):

Airtable will automatically take snapshots of your bases at set intervals (after a certain amount of data is entered)

If your base doesn’t have much data, it could be that it hasn’t reached the threshold to begin automatic snapshots. Unfortunately that threshold isn’t listed anywhere, so you might want to contact Airtable support directly to get a more precise answer to your question.

Hi Justin,

I saw the information about data changes but, as you say, couldn’t find out what the measurement for that was. I have over 10,000 records in there so it should hopefully qualify.

I have smaller bases that are being backed up. I will get in touch with them.
