Newbie question: Base for PMO

I know there are a number of Noloco users who use Airtable as the back end, and I'm hoping for some advice.

I have a fairly complex app and due to some changes my clients IT team made the magic links and password reset emails not longer get to the users.  Noloco support is recommending I clone the app under a new name which should work as long as the new name is acceptable.

Has anyone had experience with cloning apps (I've done it but not with a larger live app)?  Is there anything I should watch for or be aware of?
