Password reset email never received

I need to change the name and email for one of our accounts — new employee name, new employee email address. The login is currently "login with Google" — which I don't have a problem with. I have access to that email and I'm logged in (former employee email). Airtable states that in order to update the email address and the name, I first have to "add a password" and that "an email has been sent to [former employee email address] to add a password" — I am logged into this email account, and the email has never been received. I have repeated this step nine or ten times and have never received the email. 

What are next steps? I've also contacted support, for whatever that is worth.
