Permissions for Collaborators

I have an automation that sends an employee a View. I’d like to give that employee permission to edit a single column in the view. How do I go about making that happen? What if I want them to be able to edit multiple columns in the View?

Shared views do not allow editing.

However, if they are collaborators on your base, then you can play with field permissions (and table permissions) to prevent them from editing parts of your base that you don’t want them to edit:
