Prefill Attachement Field in Form

Is it possible to prefill an attachment field in a form? I am trying to create a form with two attachments (csv’s) but I want to prefill the first attachment field so the user can see the csv, download it and then upload their editted csv, then submit the form.

No, but you can put a link to a document in the “help text” area for that field, and they can click on the link to download the file.
