I am using record templates to create deliverables and tasks. I am setting due dates relative to the "current date". For example, I want the deliverable to be due "1 day after current date". When the template runs, it adds 3 days to the current date. If the current date is 6/30/23, it will put the due date as 7/3/23 rather than 7/1/23. If I use current date alone, it puts in today's date.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to prevent it?

Hmm, I feel like this might be a weird interaction with your timezone, how Airtable deals with timezones and the various field displays. I would suggest experimenting with the time zone displays for the fields, and perhaps opening a ticket with Airtable support to see what they might suggest about your situation

Might be that your relative date settings exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
