Removing an option when selected and submitted

Greetings,

I would like to know if this is possible in Airtable. I am looking to have a form. In one of the blank fields, the user will be able to select a date from a (Selection Options). Once the form is submitted by the user, I would like to hide or delete the option the USER selected from the (Selection Options) for the next person who will use it. I would like to know if this is possible or where can I find more information about it? The purpose of this is for me to schedule a meeting with the user and the next user would not have access to the scheduled meeting the user before already did.

Also looking for this feature - in Google forms there is an addon called Choice Eliminator. It’d be great if Airtable has something similar.

Is this feature available in Airtable now? Alternatively, is there any app that can do this?
