Split at commas and put in each field

• Split text content by commas (or other symbols)
• Put each split text into multiple fields

How do I enter the function to make this possible?

For example
first, convert the contents of “multi select” into text.
Then I want to split that text by comma and put it in each field.

What function can this be achieved using?
