I asked about how to reference ācellsā (or columns) in CONCATENATE() but later found that it gives you a choice to select columns within the function window. Sorry and thanks!

Is it possible to add a carriage return within the CONCATENATE() function.
Name(carriage return)&Address(cr)&City&" ā&State&ā "&Zip

Yes, you use ā\nā, see here: Carriage Returns in CONCATENATE
