Restricting Base Access

Is there any way to create an http link to the trashcan? I would like to have a page in the interface that is titled "Trash" and has a button that links to the recently deleted items.

Hmm did an inspect element and there didn't seem to be any URLs referenced, so I think this might not be possible I'm afraid
